THE GOAL

St. Francis sought to reverse declining enrollment in their traditional, ground-based undergraduate programs. With new leadership changes, including a new president and leader of admissions, SFC sought to elevate institutional storytelling, improve audience and admission team engagement, and increase yield and enrollments.

We did this with customized, personalized videos sent to each New Admit along with their acceptance package.

NEW ADMIT PERSONALIZED VIDEO CAMPAIGN

A personalized video series was created entirely from existing school video footage and stock footage. The campaign was created to optimize budget while achieving maximum effectiveness. New admit videos and other creative assets were created to tell a story and move the student from admit to enrollment.

The St. Francis New Admit Campaign resulted in incredibly high engagement rates and was also instrumental in galvanizing the recruiting and admissions teams who were able to follow up with each New Admit with their own personalized congratulations message at the height of engagement. New Admits shared the positive impact the video made on their decision to attend St. Francis and also proudly shared their video with their Social Media communities, increasing the overall reach of the campaign.
